Non-Caffeinated Tea Blend

For December, the OGA Tea Guild looked inward to prepare for the Winterdark ahead and stoke the fires for the Longest Night: the winter solstice.

For the solstice, though it is the longest night it also brings with it the light a bit more each day after. There are many celebrations around fire and the solstice, so for December's Tea Guild Member blend we focused on that warming flame.

The blend will be a mix of rosehips, lemon, ginger, raspberry leaf, hibiscus, safflower, and pink peppercorn-a cheery bright colored blend dried and will brew up a rich pinkish red with aromatic and warming notes.

The flavors and scent will change as the tea steeps, so be sure to take some time while your brew infuses to experience the journey.

Ingredients:

Rosehips, ginger, hibiscus, lemon, raspberry leaf, safflower, pink peppercorn.
