Old Growth Alchemy Policies
Shipping Policy:
Orders direct from Old Growth Alchemy will ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated or notified such as pre-orders or orders placed during shop vacations. Orders made through third parties may take longer.
Returns Policy:
No returns are available on any consumable goods. For non-consumable items sold directly from Old Growth Alchemy, a store credit upon receipt of returned item in resellable condition minus a $5 restocking fee may be available.
Broken Items/Insurance:
If a customer has not purchased Route Insurance, a refund or reshipment will not be possible. To ensure you have protection against items damaged via post, please purchase Route Insurance.
