Deep in the darkened woods
Lies one who waits in ancient slumber
Curled in thicket, brambles intertwining
For the warm and rich light of day
Sense Notes: Woodsy | Rich | Spiced
With the familiar tale from the Brothers Grimm in mind, I offer you a play on our sleeping beauty. This black tea base blend is rich and dark as the woods and brambles which surround our sleeping maiden. Nettle offers its deep green flavor to make the bed of our brew with the rich spice of clove to dance with the bergamot laden Earl Grey. Rose tops out the blend with its kiss of sweet fragrance and soft floral nose. A blend fit for royalty.
The flavors and scent will change as the tea steeps, so be sure to take some time while your brew infuses to experience the journey.
About the Briar/Rose musical:
Briar/Rose is the age-old story of a fairytale Princess banished by an evil Queen, with a twist: the “Princess” is actually Briar, a young trans man just discovering his identity. With help from budding sorceress Ellen, Briar is able to magically transform into his true self, and together they make a new life for themselves deep in the enchanted woods. But when dashing Prince Alister and Lady Knight Brunhilde suddenly appear after Ellen casts a seemingly harmless charm, Briar and Ellen’s simple lives are suddenly much more complicated - and the Queen still casts a long shadow over what should be a happy ending.
Join this cast of familiar characters as they explore a world where magic can unlock what lies inside your heart - for better or for worse…

I bought this blend at a market in Salem and it is by far my favorite rose tea. It feels very aromatic in taste-if that makes any sense- but it's not too over powering. I highly recommend trying it.
Not only a wonderful tea for drinking, but its aroma is beyond beautiful. Perfect for spring or fall.
Omg I just have to say this is my favorite tea of yours so far! It makes me feel so enchanted and inspired when I drink it!
