Shipping Policy:
Orders direct from Old Growth Alchemy will ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated or notified such as pre-orders or orders placed during shop vacations. Orders made through third parties may take longer. If you need a rush delivery, please email Old Growth Alchemy before your purchase to see if expedited beyond standard times is possible.
Returns Policy:
No returns are available on any consumable goods. For non-consumable items sold directly from Old Growth Alchemy, a store credit upon receipt of returned item in resellable condition minus a $5 restocking fee may be available.
Broken Items/Lost & Stolen Mail/Insurance:
If a customer has not purchased Route Insurance, the customer maintains full liability for any loss of mail/damage of goods/mishandling of the order by the shipping carrier and a refund or reshipment will not be possible. To ensure you have protection against items damaged via post, please purchase Route Insurance which is automatically applied at checkout.
