Yennefer of Vengerberg Bitters

Flavor Notes: Bittersweet / Fruity

Yennefer of Vengerberg: sorceress, witch. Scented of lilac and gooseberries. Full of mysteries and secrets, political machinations and power hungry. Yet bound in some twisting way to Geralt of Rivia.

Her signature scent is lilacs and goosberries, tart and sweet. This blend uses both mingling with apple, a nod to her penchant for apple juice, and violets for her mysterious purple eye color. This blend is delicately floral, sweet with honey and a bit of sugar, and devilishly bitter to counteract. A mixture of extremes, just like our sorceress.

Bitters make a lovely flavor addition to seltzer drinks, herbal mocktails, cocktails, or as a unique sense experience! These bitters may also be used as a classic digestive bitter with a few drops on the tongue. Each bottle contains 1oz of liquid.

Ingredients:

Alcohol infused with gooseberries, apple, lilac infused honey, violets, violet syrup (water, violets, sugar, citric acid), and gentian.
