For the October OGA Tea Guild mystery blend, we kept to the dark shadows with Night Market. This blend takes its spice profile from Chinese five spice with fennel, clove, cinnamon, pink peppercorn, and star anise. With a trifecta of black teas as a base, candied gingers offers its sweetness and spice to boost the aromatics, 

The flavors and scent will change as the tea steeps, so be sure to take some time while your brew infuses to experience the journey.

Ingredients:

Black tea, pu-erh tea, candied ginger (ginger, sugar), fennel, cinnamon, pink peppercorn, star anise.

The tea bag contains around 1.5 ounces of loose leaf tea, the jar contains 3.5-4 ounces of loose leaf tea.
