For the May OGA Tea Guild mystery we visited the folk horror classic Wicker Man. Willow's Song is in line with the gorgeous folk music running through the film. A base of rich and herbaceous raspberry leaf lay the ground for tart kisses of rosehips and a dancing flourish of linden, elderflower, and rose. Something of the English countryside in summer bloom.

The flavors and scent will change as the tea steeps, so be sure to take some time while your brew infuses to experience the journey.

Ingredients:

Raspberry leaf, rose hips, rose buds, elderflower, linden

The tea bag contains around 1.5 ounces of loose leaf tea, the jar contains 3.5-4 ounces of loose leaf tea.
