Caffeinated Tea Blend

For the July OGA Tea Guild mystery blend, we stuck with the celestial theme and chose to turn our attention toward the sun. This blend is a white tea base with bright juicy mango, pomegranate, and raspberry, accentuated by orange, sweet crystallized ginger, and aromatic osmanthus with additional rich sunmery hues from the safflower petals. All the richness of biting into a fruit in the sunshine while the juices drip down your chin. 

The flavors and scent will change as the tea steeps, so be sure to take some time while your brew infuses to experience the journey.

Ingredients:

White tea, crystallized ginger (ginger, sugar), pomegranate, mango, orange, raspberry, osmanthus, safflower

The tea bag contains around 1.5 ounces of loose leaf tea, the jar contains 3.5-4 ounces of loose leaf tea.
