For the December OGA Tea Guild mystery blend, we traveled to India for a rich spiced and cozy cup. Adrak chai is a ginger forward chai blend with black pepper, cardamom, and cinnamon as the stars of the show. Perfect with milk and some sweetener of your choice.

The flavors and scent will change as the tea steeps, so be sure to take some time while your brew infuses to experience the journey.

Ingredients:

Black tea, ginger (including candied w/ sugar), black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon

The tea bag contains around 1.5 ounces of loose leaf tea, the jar contains 3.5-4 ounces of loose leaf tea.
