Caffeinated Tea Blend

For the June OGA Tea Guild Member blend, we delved

into some of the darker views of midsummer festivities. Taking inspiration from films such as Midsommar and The Wicker Man, the blend is a smoky peppery floral black tea blend with ingredients of black tea, lapsang souchong tea, pink peppercorn, rose buds, and candied ginger with the dark twist of beetroot to brew up a rich crimson.

The flavors and scent will change as the tea steeps, so be sure to take some time while your brew infuses to experience the journey.

Ingredients:

Black tea, beet root, candied ginger (ginger, sugar), rose buds, pink peppercorn, lapsang souchong.

The tea bag contains around 1.5 ounces of loose leaf tea, the jar contains 3.5-4 ounces of loose leaf tea.
